Peer Recovery Coach Training (30 CEs): ALL CLASSES ARE HELD VIRTUAL FROM 9:00 am – 4:30 pm PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME

  • Peer Recovery Training 30 Hours – Begins Thur. June 5, 11, 12, 18, 19.

  • Handouts for all other courses are made available in the DETAILS section of your Protraxx account no less then one week prior to the start date of the course.

Online Virtual Peer Recovery and Peer Support Specialist Training

Course Description: This peer support course is designed for individuals looking to begin their journey as a peer recovery support specialist or peer recovery coach in the substance use field; or for those who are looking to learn how to better engage with those suffering from Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Participants will gain a strong foundation of the roles of a peer recovery coach and understand how the roles are different from other traditional and existing support methods. Participants will be introduced to the many concepts and skills involved in effective recovery coaching, preparing them for professional roles to serve their communities as peer support advocates.
