Jim Collins, from the Everett, MA Fire Department, for the opportunity to provide the Choices Tactical Compassion - De-Escalation for First Responders course this week. First Responders are increasingly receiving numerous mental health crisis calls without the training necessary to work with this population, which can be challenging. Our hearts are out to you. It takes a village! It's been a true privilege and an honor to serve those who serve our communities. God bless our first responders.
