Refund Policy

If the customer requests to cancel their registration:

1. A full refund (less the applicable service fee) is provided when a cancellation notice is submitted at least two weeks in advance (14 days).
2. If less than two weeks’ notice is given, the class is not sold out, and Choices does not turn away other participants, a full refund (less the applicable service fee) will be honored. If the manual has been mailed out, the participant is responsible for the costs.
3. Individuals will be eligible to attend a later training if notice is less than two weeks in emergencies.

If the agency cancels a training:
Occasionally, an agency may need to cancel a training due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, the agency will offer the customer a full refund immediately or a registration transfer to the next available training.
