Welcome to Eyes, Ears & Empathy — the course where active listening gets a well-deserved upgrade. Think of this module as the front porch of the journey: a place to set your bags down, take a breath, and get ready to explore the deeper layers of presence, empathy, and connection.

Our NAADAC Status (a.k.a. Your CEU Superpower Boost)
Choices Recovery Training is officially a NAADAC Approved Education Provider — which basically means we play in the big leagues of quality training. Even better? Lots of states recognize this status for renewing your certification, so your CEUs actually count while you keep leveling up your skills.

A quick heads-up, though: initial certification rules can get a little quirky from state to state, and some states treat on-demand courses differently. So before you sprint to the finish line, give your state board a peek to make sure this training fits your exact requirements.

Because staying certified shouldn’t feel like solving a mystery novel.

  • NEXT STEPS: Your registration is not complete until you finish the next steps listed in BELOW. You must enroll in the Choices Event Management System (EMS) PROTRAXX. But payment is required here first. After you submit payment, follow the steps below.

         2. Create/register an account if you do not already have a CHOICES account in Protraxx.
         3. Navigate to the course catalog/schedule and locate the exact courses you have paid for and "enroll" in them.
    There are numerous other courses on this catalog page. To alleviate any future confusion, please be mindful of the dates you have paid for when you enroll in our event management system (EMS)
  • Click this link for a video tutorial to Enroll in your courses in Protraxx
  • All virtual training will be conducted via Zoom. Zoom instructions will be sent out via automatic email from Protraxx. Check your Spam account if you do not receive an email a few days before your event. Or,  you will find it in the Protraxx account the day before the course.
  • COURSE MATERIAL: You will receive a manual for the Peer & Ethics training no less than 1 week before the training start date. Be sure to put your mailing address in the fields provided. If your address changes between now and the date of mailing, please notify us to ensure you receive your manual. Additional charges may result if not notified.
  • Handouts for all other courses are made available in the DETAILS section of your Protraxx account no less than one week prior to the start date of the course. A short tutorial on finding the course materials and Zoom link visit here.
  • In the event you need to reschedule after registering for a Choices course, a $20.00 rescheduling fee will be required.
  • *** Cancellations must be received within two weeks of the start date to be rescheduled or refunded. All refunds are subject to a processing fee. No exceptions.
