Choices Recovery Trainings are in alignment with the IC and RC and the four domains. CEs for each domain are detailed on each individual product page.

If your course was January of 2021 and after, you can retrieve your certificate in your ProTraxx account. If your course was before January of 2021, please use the form above to contact us and provide us with the name of the course, the approximate date, and location.

We wish we could, but no scholarship opportunities are available at this time. However, in the state of New Hampshire only, we have access to 3 different types of scholarships.
